Casa Banca contacted me to let me know that my loved one had already been discharged and that they had contacted the recipient of the flowers and arranged delivery to their home. They went above and beyond for this delivery, and it was at no extra charge to my recipient or me. I have used this shop before and will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who ever wants to send flowers to a loved one.”
