The delivery was difficult, as the hospital was not helpful in helping the delivery person get the flowers to my Sister, and the deliverer was communicative with me and was able to get them to her. When I later went to visit my Sister, the bouquet was beautiful and very similar to the example photo. All in all, I am extremely happy with my experience and would highly recommend.”
