Oakbrook Florist is amazing!
I made a Mother's Day flower delivery request online, from overseas and apparently I typed the address wrong in a hurry. Oakbrook found out the correct number of the ranch in the neighbourhood area, and our flower was delivered right on time!
It was a special Mother's Day occasion in Moorpark, Los Angeles California and Oakbrook Florist made it happen for me!

I had purchased a premium bouquet and received a standard arrangement. I called and was told that they had made a mistake, for which they apologized. I was then sent the premium bouquet, which was truly spectacular! I felt like I received great value for my money. I would absolutely recommend this flower stone to anyone in the area, and will continue to use them for all special future flower purchases.

The overall shape and the vase were as shown, but there were no frosted pinecones or berries, and carnations were substituted for some of the roses, and white daisies (?) with green centers for some of the white mums. That being said, my cousin described it (in her thank-you note) as "fresh and beautiful and bright and joyful."

I had requested an early delivery and the timing could not have been better. It was delivered while I was on a Zoom call with my sister so I was able to see the arrangement and her reaction to it.

I am shocked by this experience. I ordered the "premium" version of the Rustic Gal-vanized assortment. "We will add more blooms and select the highest quality flowers we offer in this style." What a joke. The flowers arrived in a cheap ceramic mug (I am aware the vessel may have varied from the picture because of availability, but a cheap ceramic mug in a "rustic gal-vanized" titled assortment???) with about half the flowers that are in the photo that appears on the site. There were maybe 3 or 4 roses, 2 or 3 hydrangeas, zero lavender, the rest minimal filler. The entire arrangement prob had less than a dozen stems in it. For $105....$150 including taxes, delivery, and tip. So disappointing and absurd for the price, I wish I could post a photo of what they delivered so you know I am not exaggerating.

Dear Matthew I am very sorry you were disappointed. Our designer did put that in the galvanized watering pail, we never use mugs. We always try to design better than what the customer would expect, and there was lavender in it? I’m wondering if you saw it in person? Since you were unhappy can we take her another arrangement to make up?

These flowers that were received were no where near what the picture showed. They were much smaller and not as fresh. My mom was so disappointed when she received them. I live out of state and obviously couldn’t do anything about it. When I called to let them know they told me I should bring them back. I live across the country try and this was for my moms 80th bday and Mother’s Day. Shame on you. You could do better…

Thank you Oakbrook! I ordered online late on a Sunday evening for a delivery for a friend who was starting a new job the next day. I looked online for a shop that delivered to the area I was looking for so I knew nothing about this shop prior to this experience. The delivery was there by 8am. It was so appreciated! The arrangement is unique and classy.

The flowers turned out very pretty, but definitely looked a lot different than the Stargazer Garden that I ordered. I know that the flowers won’t always look exactly like the photo, but it was way different with roses, daisies etc rather than the focus on stargazers and lilies. Would order again with this florist, but maybe only by picking it up in person to make sure it’s the correct order.

Oakbrook florist's flower arrangements are gorgeous, plentiful and awe-inspiring. That would be enough, especially with florists, but their customer service is also just as superb. We had an issue with our order and not only did they fix it, but they went above and beyond to guarantee it was fixed AND they did it over a long holiday weekend. I already was a lifetime customer, but their service this past week makes me want to sing their virtues everywhere!

I ordered them online when I could not reach the florist by phone, but then she called me back and was very kind and accommodating. Delivery service was excellent but I was a little disappointed because the vase was tall and skinny, not round like in the photo and I specifically chose this arrangement because I liked the vase (As well as the flowers of course). Also there were some red roses in the arrangement and I'd have preferred just pinks and whites, like in the photo, but I understand that substitutions need to happen. Overall still very happy with everything, thanks!

It was quite disappointing experience for the second year in a row. The flowers are quite different from what they are shown in internet display. The number of flowers are far less with much simpler and cheaper arrangement than advertisement. The roses are already in full bloom as well. Would not recommend this store.
