the flowers arrived wilted and arranged so that they were falling apart already. I understand things happen because it was Mother's Day and so you guys must have been really busy. However, I did pay $86.87 for a flower arrangement that did not seem worth it so I am feeling pretty disappointed

I ordered online and also signed up for text same-day delivery notifications. I hadn't received any notification towards the end of the day, and called the store, and it was being made for delivery. My recipient received the arrangement and sent me a photo. Blue Violet Flowers took into consideration my requested floral colors, but I feel the arrangement was a bit sparse in the overall look in the vase.

Bought the deluxe bouquet, so it was an up charge. It did not have that many flowers for the pricing that I have paid at other locations it had lots of empty space and of course the photo always looks better but it was night and day. I also called in to ask for an ETA on delivery and the first lady that answered seemed nice and may not of understood what I was asking so she passed me to a gentleman that seemed like he did not have time or could care less about my simple question. Short answers, interrupting, getting angry/frustrated and then just stopped talking and wouldn't respond so I hung up. I wanted to do a local spot, wont be going here again and I suggest you look elsewhere.

I ordered from out of state and have heard of horror stories about what’s actually delivered compared to what was ordered. These flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Delivered with no issues and I was told they are still beautiful today which is over two weeks after the service. My family asked who I used for the flowers and they said they would be using Blue Violet in the future.

The bouquet that was delivered look nothing like the bouquet I ordered. They replaced roses and all the pretty surrounding flowers with carnations. The bouquet looks so sparse and empty. It looked cheap. This was a sympathy bouquet for a friend whose mother just died. There was a sympathy card attached so they knew what this was for. I'm very disappointed and saddened that we can't trust a local florist. I wish I could post a picture of what was delivered so that you can see for yourself.

The ordering process was easy, and roses were nice and smelled really good, according to my wife, who received them. The downside is that we did not receive the chocolate strawberries displayed in the picture and stated in the description. I talked to Max and said it's because of Covid. Keep in mind we are 2023 when masks are not mandatory. A heads up would have been nice or better yet, changing the picture or the description. This is a false advertisement, in my opinion.

First, the flowers that I ordered for were not the flowers that were received. They were clearly a smaller and less expensive option from what I ordered. Second, the delivery showed up around 7PM, which was not expected on Valentine’s Day which was extremely disappointing. I have reached out to resolve this as well, and have not heard a thing. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

On the internet it shows approx 1 dozen red roses in the arrangement. I actually paid for the largest most expensive arrangement and my friend sent me photo of what was delivered yesterday and it has FOUR red roses in the arrangement and NO pink carnations.

This was my first time ordering from you. I live in NJ and send flowers to my mother-in-law for different occasions. The florist that I had been using for years, closed. The arrangement that was delivered did not come close to the bouquet I ordered (cheery and bright for a birthday). Instead, a very fall looking, dark colored arrangement was sent, it looked like a Thanksgiving or Autumn arrangement. I understand that the exact flowers are not always available, but given the occasion and visual representation of the original order, it was very disappointing. On a positive note, I did mistakenly provide the incorrect address, and you did get it delivered to the correct one, and I appreciate that. Happy to send you a picture of what was delivered for comparison.

The decedent's favorite roses were Sterlings and we were also expecting the complementing white flowers per the picture. Before purchasing this arrangement I called to see if the premium bouquet would have more flowers and a larger diameter. The person on the phone assured me there would be 2 hydrangeas and more white roses. What was delivered looked pretty disappointing. Only one hydrangea and three roses and a few closed lilies. The arrangement looked thrown together not professionally crafted and the card was hand written with several mess ups so words had darker letters, like they couldn’t have printed it out or re-written it to look nicer. For $134, I was pretty disappointed. My mom ordered the same bouquet and it came out much nicer so it appears that consistency at this shop needs to be improved.

What a treat to discover this real Thousand Oaks flower shop after a failed experiment with ordering with an online only company. I live in the Bay Area and wanted to send flowers to my sister for Christmas eve and called at 1:30 - late, right? First, someone answered the phone and said I still had time to get my order in so it could still go out. So I found the bouquet I liked online and ordered it, then called to see if they really had those flowers. They didn't have the lilies, so he talked to me about the substitution options, I settled on carnations and he is sending me a refund of the price difference. The flowers arrived at my sister's house before 4 pm, and I got an email saying they'd been delivered! Now THAT is excellent customer service and online efficiency! I'll be back!

I ordered flowers from your website to send to my dearest friend. I have to say I am so disappointed with the flowers that was sent to Sheila as I thought they would at least have the same colours as the bouquet I choose. It was nothing like the bouquet both in presentation and colour.
I live in Dublin Ireland and really wanted to send a beautiful arrangement to cheer this amazing woman up as her son can’t make it home this Christmas due to COVID.

The bouquet was lovely however the card was forgotten and the recipient had to track down the delivery person to find out the florist to find out who sent them! A company that prides itself on customer service would at least provide a card of the floral company making a delivery. Thank you!

I wanted to send flowers to my daughter-in-law in Los Angeles as she was not feeling well. I looked on Yelp for Bear by florists & then checked the reviews. I also wanted to send them the next day. The flowers were beautiful, but not presented as pictured. I also felt they should have been delivered earlier in the day as I ordered them three days in advance. She didn't receive them till nearly five pm.

I fell into the age-old trap for many men: I held off making a Mother's Day until the very last minute (in this case, it was two days before).

When I called Blue Violet, the gentleman explained that, yes, they were busy preparing for the holiday, and yes, they would deliver.
The arrangement was truly impressive, and it really made my mom's day, week -- actually, probably her month. That's because she's in an assisted-living facility in which all the residents are confined to their rooms to combat the threat of the coronavirus.
