The flowers were delivered promptly. The arrangement was very nicely done. My friend enjoyed getting them. The only thing I was disappointed with was the flowers she got roses but the other colors like the purple wasn't in the arrangement. But all in all, the re very nice.

Daughter and hubby loved the arrangement! Delivered same day as requested. Price reasonable enough. Only thing I want is for the one who writes the message to take note of spellings of names. "Chewie" as written in the message sent, should be spelled ""Chewy" just like the pet supply company and just like I spelled it when I ordered from your website.

As always the flowers were beautiful and the quality was great! I was disappointed in the delivery service. They were delivered a day late and when I spoke to the delivery person the day they were supposed to be delivered she claimed she could not find the apartment (even though she was at the correct address). There was both a map and a leasing/information office that she could have used to find the location of the apartment but instead the flowers were delivered the next day. I requested they be delivered the next morning - but they weren't delivered til the afternoon. I will continue to use your company - but for the first time I was disappointed in the level of customer service I received.

For her, creating flower arrangements to express the sentiments of others is a labor of love.
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
