It was my first time ordering from Boxed Flowers and Sweets online. I must say I was amazed at how beautiful it was. I even asked for the box to be a different color and they did it with no hesitation. I’ve ordered from so many flower shops before, but from now on this will be my go to place for any flower arrangements. OMG! If you’re located near Glendale California and you’re looking to serenade your girlfriend or wife this arrangement is an amazing shocker especially the designer box. The quality of the flowers are perfectly designed inside the box and neatly arranged. I made this purchase for my wife and she was truly amazed. Flowers were beautiful but didn't include the ones I asked for. Also the delivery driver left them outside of my condo building instead of hand delivering, which wasn't expected as last time I ordered they were hand delivered. Plus it says that they will hand deliver on the site. There was also a noticeable stain on the front of the velvet box. So sadly, I wasn't so happy with this order.

Hello these were the second flowers i bought from you guys and the first order I bought was really nice and these scond ones my girlfriend said they were really messed up not presentable at all that the leaves were ugly and brown and a lot of them were ripped. I dont know if this is how you guys are conducting your business now but it wasnt professional at all thankyou for your time.

The flowers were exactly as presented and really charming. The flowers were delivered when they said they would and my daughter was very happy with them. The presentation is unusual, not the same tired bunch of flowers. I will not hesitate to use this company again!

The flowers used were old and wilted in 2 days. The box was not what was shown in the photo, it was a round box with writing on it. I paid for a square blank box like the one in the photo. Overall I understand it was for mothers day and they can get busy, but for almost $200 i expected better.

The person I sent them to adored them. She sent me a photo and though it was really beautiful, it only had the white pearls and frankly the pink pearls are what made this particular arrangement special and what enhanced it from the plain white that I sent to another friend the week before. Both are gorgeous. This would have been more so with both pink and white pearls like the photo online.
But delivered on time and were the most beautiful flower arrangement she said she’d ever received.

I've never been more pleased with a provider before...I was nervous ordering flowers online. Let's be real, they rarely look how they do in the ad photos, but these really did!!!
I wanted to send my girlfriend flowers for her birthday and I wanted to order local (versus an 800 flowers company). In my google search I stumbled upon Bloomnation and I am so glad I did!
The actual flower shop that fulfilled this order actually text me because the box (shown in the ad photo) was no longer available and so they gave me other options to choose from! Wow - talk about customer service! AND, I am grateful they were able to deliver before the time I requested in the delivery notes!
Long story short, my friend received her delivery as planned and I was able to surprise her with GORGEOUS BIRTHDAY FLOWERS!

I was so impressed and touched by the beautiful arrangement that was created based on my limited amount of information. The process was so easy too. My experience was very excellent ....I was shopping around to buy some roses for my wife online and I came across these beautiful assortments of chocolate and roses ....when I first saw them I thought they were going to be more expensive then the ones I have seen..... Such a beautiful box of flowers! I placed an order the night before pick up and can’t believe it was ready the next day for pick up. My sisters and I wanted to bring as much joy as possible to our youngest sister on what would’ve been her 9th wedding anniversary. Her husband had recently passed in early April from the Coronavirus. They have 2 small children that are now fatherless. We needed to make sure what we knew he would do for her on their anniversary (showered her with flowers, dinner) still happened.
We searched high and low for the most beautiful breathtaking purple (her favorite color) floral arrangement online. When we saw the arrangement from Boxed Flowers and Sweets in Burbank, CA, we knew that was the one! The lady I spoke with at the shop was very kind, empathetic, and professional. They were also very punctual as I had requested delivery be in certain time window so we could see as many smiles as possible on our sisters face...and it worked!!!! She loved them and couldn’t stop smiling on one the hardest days of her life!! Thank you so much...

The flower arrangement was more beautiful than the picture. The only small thing was the card was handwritten and the name of the baby was misspelled. The service is so bad. I called up the store yesterday and asked that the flowers be delivered in the morning and still it was delivered 4:35 pm. The Driver even said he forgot to deliver it.

I loved your flowers they looked so beautiful. Unfortunately my mother never received them for her birthday . I called your office and they said they were dropped at the front desk. My mother checked with the front desk at her office, and they said they never saw them. I’m very disappointed, no one even called to make sure she received them at her desk.
