“Beautiful flowers. My wife absolutely adored them for her birthday. The only small glitch I could see is I asked for delivery between three and five the last three times and they always come two or three hours earlier. A possibility that you could not have been home.

The recipients were delayed in returning home from a trip, and Crickets reached out to them and me when they attempted to deliver the flowers the first time. They returned the following day when they knew the owners would be home.

“Delivered as scheduled - in fact, when they called my daughter for delivery she wasn't at home...so driver delivered to her friend's apartment (at her request) instead so that someone could receive them. Not all the flowers were exactly as shown but they were comparable (no carnation fillers) with same color palette.

They delivered on time and even called me when one of the original colors of a flower was unavailable because they wanted to make sure I was okay with another color. Before delivery I received an email with a picture of the arrangement. I think that is great customer service so people know they are getting what they paid for.”
