Sunny Florists has been South Boston’s neighborhood flower shop since 2015. We offer reliable same-day Boston flower delivery, seven days a week.
Our blooms arrive almost daily from local farms and top growers around the world, so there’s always something beautiful to discover. We offer daily arrangements for all occasions, flowers subscriptions, corporate flowers, and event florals.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Areas & Fees
Sunny Florists offers local delivery throughout Boston and surrounding communities. Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed during checkout.Some locations outside our regular delivery area may require an additional delivery fee or may not be available for same-day delivery.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available on most days for orders placed before our daily cutoff time, subject to availability.During busy periods and major floral holidays—including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day—same-day delivery may be limited or unavailable once we reach capacity. We recommend placing your order in advance whenever possible.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are generally made during our regular delivery hours. While we are happy to note a preferred delivery time, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless a specific delivery arrangement has been confirmed with our team in advance or a timely deliver fee is applies.For businesses, schools, funeral homes, event venues, and other locations with specific receiving hours, please provide the applicable deadline or business hours when placing your order. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate them.Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, building access, holiday volume, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Recipient Availability
The recipient does not necessarily need to be present at the time of delivery. Depending on the location and conditions, our driver may leave the flowers with a receptionist, concierge, front desk, doorman, coworker, family member, or another appropriate person authorized to receive deliveries.If no one is available, our driver may attempt to contact the recipient or purchaser for instructions. When appropriate and safe, flowers may be left in a secure location.Flowers will not be left outdoors when our driver determines that weather, temperature, security, or other conditions could damage the arrangement or make leaving it unsafe.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, apartment or unit number, telephone number, and any necessary access instructions.If a delivery cannot be completed because the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery to the corrected address.Please contact Sunny Florists as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order is out for delivery, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated.
Apartments, Condominiums & Secured Buildings
For buildings requiring a concierge, access code, call box, security clearance, or other special access, please provide all necessary information when placing your order.If our driver cannot access the building or reach the recipient, the order may be returned to the shop and a redelivery fee may apply.
Hospitals, Hotels & Other Special Locations
For hospital deliveries, please provide the recipient's full name and any available room information. Please confirm that the facility allows flower deliveries, as some hospital units do not accept fresh flowers.For hotel deliveries, please provide the guest's full name and, when available, the name associated with the reservation.We are not responsible for delays after an arrangement has been successfully delivered to and accepted by a facility's authorized staff, front desk, concierge, mailroom, or receiving department.
Funeral Deliveries
Please provide the name of the deceased, funeral home or service location, and scheduled service time whenever possible.We recommend placing funeral orders in advance so we can coordinate delivery before the service. Sunny Florists will make every reasonable effort to meet funeral service deadlines when accurate service information is provided.
Weather & Unexpected Delays
Severe weather, heavy traffic, road closures, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in delayed or rescheduled deliveries.The safety of our staff and the quality of your flowers are important to us. If conditions make delivery unsafe or impractical, we may contact you to arrange delivery at the next available time.
Holiday Delivery
Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other major holidays are exceptionally busy. Delivery windows may be extended during these periods, and exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.We strongly encourage customers to order early. Same-day orders may be closed once we reach our delivery capacity.

Refund Policy
At Sunny Florists, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers, plants, and gifts. Because many of our products are fresh, perishable, and made to order, returns and refunds are handled differently from traditional retail merchandise.
Fresh Flowers & Floral Arrangements
Fresh flowers and floral arrangements are perishable products and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.We carefully inspect each arrangement before it leaves our shop. With proper care, most fresh-cut flowers can generally be enjoyed for approximately 5–7 days, although the lifespan varies significantly depending on the flower variety, environment, temperature, water quality, and care.If you experience a quality issue with your flowers, please contact Sunny Florists within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. To help us evaluate the issue, we may ask you to provide photos of the arrangement and the affected flowers.When a quality concern is confirmed, we may, at our discretion, offer an appropriate replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Floral Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal products, and availability can change daily. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to availability or quality.We reserve the right to substitute flowers, greenery, containers, or other design elements with items of similar style, color, quality, and value while maintaining the overall look and value of the arrangement as closely as possible.Reasonable substitutions are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.
Designer's Choice Arrangements
Designer's Choice arrangements give our floral designers creative freedom to select the best seasonal flowers available within the selected color palette, style, and price point.Because each arrangement is individually designed, the finished arrangement will vary from website photographs or examples. Differences in specific flower varieties or placement are not grounds for a refund as long as the arrangement reflects the selected style and value.
Plants
Plants are living products and may naturally vary in size, shape, color, and growth pattern.Please inspect your plant upon delivery or pickup. Any concerns regarding its condition should be reported to us within 48 hours.Sunny Florists cannot guarantee plants after they have been exposed to unsuitable temperatures, watering conditions, lighting, pests, improper care, or other environmental factors outside our control.
Non-Perishable Merchandise
Unused and unopened non-perishable merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.Custom-made, personalized, special-order, or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Sunny Florists as soon as possible.Orders that have not yet been designed or prepared may be eligible for cancellation and refund. Once flowers have been purchased specifically for an order, an arrangement has been prepared, or the order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation or a full refund may no longer be available.Wedding, event, corporate, subscription, and other contracted floral services may be subject to separate cancellation and refund terms provided in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Incorrect Delivery Information & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, missing apartment or unit number, inaccessible building, incorrect recipient information, or other inaccurate information provided by the purchaser are not eligible for a refund. Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is requested.
Recipient Refusal
If a recipient refuses to accept a delivery for reasons unrelated to the quality or condition of the product, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Customer Preference
Because floral arrangements are handcrafted and flowers are natural products, variations in color, size, shape, and appearance are expected.Refunds are generally not provided solely because of personal preference when the product was prepared according to the order specifications and is in good condition.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact Sunny Florists as soon as possible and provide:- Your name and order number- A description of the issue- Clear photos of the arrangement or product, when applicable Please do not discard the flowers, arrangement, plant, or product before contacting us, as we may need to inspect or retrieve the item in order to provide a replacement or refund.We value our customers and will make every reasonable effort to resolve legitimate quality or service concerns fairly.Sunny Florists reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of each order.
