I can’t really say. The recipient is grieving and unfortunately we have no way of confirming delivery or what the final product looked like. Perhaps taking a picture upon delivery would help so online shoppers would know the items been delivered and how it appeared. Online purchasing experience was easy though. Thank you.

You can't a "professional" flower arrangement from a bodega or supermarket. You have to go to a real flower shop. I was satisfied with the product and experience both on-line and in-person.

For the first time in a long time I was disappointed. I had requested blooms to not be fully opened and also a variety of colors, at the least the white and pink shown in the picture. I am very happy with the ordering process online and they were fast yo deliver but the end product seemed a little less spectacular than the picture shown. The lilies themselves were beautiful. All fresh and smell wonderful. However, they didn't have any hypericum berries.Just some green leaves. Also the bowl was not lined with vines and had leaves instead. Not a huge deal about the vines but I thought it would look much better. So in my opinion not a "unique design".

Great quality of flowers! my girlfriend really liked it but delivery time and vase could been better. They used a different vase than picture which is the wide vase and it kinda ruin the look. Flowers were spread too much rather then gather together nicely like the picture. Overall super satisfied and happy!

My experience with Robins Flower Shop was somewhat disappointing. I ordered a premium bouquet of flower for my girlfriend for delivery on the following day to her office. After I placed the order I realized that her birthday is in fact in 2 days and she wouldn't be in her office until then. I called the shop but I think they were gone for the day, so I emailed them to make sure they delay the delivery for one day. I also called the next morning but they said they had already delivered and had not seen my email. So, she was of course surprised when informed by her secretary about the flowers instead of personally receiving it! Anyways, my intention to surprise her at work was somewhat ruined.

If I need to have flowers delivered in Boston, Robins Flower Shop now has my exclusive business. The quality and quantity of flowers that were delivered far exceeded my expectations. I ordered a beautiful vase of two different colored roses and asked for the upgrade to Deluxe. I was told they would 'add more flowers' with this upgrade. I assumed that meant a couple of roses and some filler greens. I did not expect all of the additional flowers to be roses; there were enough flowers to make 2 normal sized arrangements.
