However, I am not sure why you would have left the flowers outside in the vestibule versus ringing the door bell, knocking on the door, or walking into the Edward Jones office that is prominently positioned right on Somerville Ave.

I’m in Ireland and completely forgot it was Mother’s Day in the US. Early Sunday morning I scrambled to find a florist that would deliver same day, hoping my mom would get it at least by Monday if all fails. Found Wagner’s which stated they can deliver same day. I knew they weren’t too far from my hometown so I ordered this
bouquet and hoped for the best as I knew Mother’s Day is super busy. By late afternoon, my mother sent me a pic of the flowers she received and was over the moon about them. I had sent her flowers from another company in the past but they weren’t as beautiful in person as they were online. The ones she got from Wagner were gorgeous and she told me they were HAND-DELIVERED, a perfect touch! I’m so happy with Wagner Floral Designs and will be using them again in the future. I blindly chose Wagner off Google’s list. Placed my order on line, which went smoothly. Called to follow up the next morning and was pleased to talk with Tracy (I think) who had just processed my order. She reassured me the special instructions would be kept in mind and expressed her sympathy to me. The next day, I received a call from the delivery person, who was understanding and patient as I searched for a recipient’s contact and inadvertently disconnected our call. I simply called back the number from which I received the call and he answered. Needless to say, both Tracy and the deliverer were personable and helpful. These were beautiful small bouquets, perfect for different rooms in the house. Cute gold vases. I asked for “a lot of holiday cheer” and that could’ve gone in many directions, but Wagner kept it classy.
Wagner was great with another delivery we received when the sender had them deliver flowers to the wrong address. When they found out it wasn’t our actual address, Wagner picked them up again and delivered them to the correct address. With no complaints. Something they absolutely did not need to do, but was so appreciated.

First off, the flowers were as beautiful as pictured and went into full bloom two days after being delivered, which means they have stayed fresh and will stay fresh for awhile. Also, the delivery experience was fantastic. I didn’t know when the recipient would get home from work that day, and the recipient mentioned to me how she received a text earlier in the day letting her know that someone had sent her flowers & that they had asked her when would be a convenient time for them to be delivered to her home. It ensured she was actually home when she received them, gave her something to look forward to a few hours before leaving work, but also didn’t give away the surprise of who the flowers were being sent by. So excellent service and excellent product all around. Definitely worth the money. Will be using again.
