It was so much easier to order quickly on the internet from Gregory's after wasting hours trying to get a fast delivery from two florists who advertised on the internet as Wakefield florists, but were not even in New England!

I ordered a sympathy arrangement online for a friend who just lost her brother. Someone from Gregory's immediately called to let me know that the arrangement I had ordered was made specifically for viewing at funeral homes which meant it was designed to be viewed from the front only. She quickly suggested a different arrangement in a vase with the same flowers for the exact same cost and the problem was all taken care.
My friend texted to say she thought the flowers were beautiful.
Can't ask for better customer service than that. Gregories will be my go to florist from now on.

I ordered a large Poinsettia plant for a lady who lives in a senior apartment. Received a call from Mr Gregory advising the apartment has a size limitation on such plants and suggested a smaller plant. He said he would credit my account for the difference in price. I spoke with the lady who received the smaller plant and she was elated at how beautiful it was. She could not say enough about the quality of plants from Gregory's Flower Shop. I recommend Gregory's for anyone shopping for a floral product. Extremely nice people to do business with.

DON'T BELIEVE THE PICTURE they sent a smaller basket with one less plant in it and a day late sent me a email that is was hand delivered, and it wasn't, if I hadn't ask my daughter-in-law about it, I would have paid for something she didn't get. You would have thought they would have made it as nice as the picture, if not better, when it was their fault. I'm not doing business with them again.

Hmm. dont get me wrong. the flowers that I ordered to have delivered for our anniversary were VERY beautiful--and NOT the trite and ho- hum variety that you see online for most flower delivery--so that gets an "A"--but the price for the Deluxe version of $200 was hefty and don't feel that what i got was worth that price. I have no problem spending that for a "wow factor" but feel this just wasn't the DELUXE i was hoping for. Very pretty-but feel slightly disappointed in size and wowness.

Given the pandemic the flowers in the picture were not available. I was contacted about 10 minutes after I placed the online the order and asked about substitutions. The woman who received the flowers said they were gorgeous.

Placed order and was told it would go out on December 22 day I requested. I received a call that night stating that several orders were were not done and that mine was among them. They stated that they would have order out next day (12/23) and they would add extra flowers because of delay.

I waited too long and needed flowers ASAP which was difficult during the Covid closures. I wasn't sure who was open or closed and who could help quickly. Did a web search on a Friday morning and found Gregory's in Wakefield. I selected an arrangement which offered same day delivery. As promised, the arrangement arrived before 2:00pm and was absolutely beautiful! Made me a hero!
Their website was simple to use and they followed up with an order confirmation email as well as a delivery confirmation email which even included an actual picture of the arrangement they delivered (awesome feature!).

After I had ordered the garden basket shown, I got a call from them saying that they might not be able to provide the plants as shown. Due to circumstances beyond all our control. Since I had ordered the day before, I told them it was perfectly understandable and I would trust their judgement on any selection. My wife loved the arrangement, it was delivered right on time. And I have a sneaky suspicion that the arrangement we received would have likely cost much more than the one I originally ordered if I had picked it.

The responses made me feel as if I was annoying them instead of being appreciated as a customer. Constructively: A friendlier approach would have been appreciated. I wrote a very nice e-mail to the e-mail address listed on the website and also inquired as to when my arrangement would be delivered. Then I was forced to write a second e-mail. I have a software program that tells me when outgoing mail was opened, so I know that both letters were read. I received neither an e-mail, nor a phone call to my reply. I finally called, and the person on the phone said that they "don't necessarily respond to e-mails". Why bother having an e-mail address on your website then?? He then tried to tell me that they were probably just too busy to read or respond. What kind of customer service is that? Ignoring your customers and then making excuses when they finally find time to actually call? Rejecting the order number I gave him, he said he needed to know who the order went to, what it was, and who ordered it. Um. Isn't that WHY you have an order #?? So that you can look up one number and see all the available, relevant information? After giving him the recipients name, he interrupted me and just said it had been delivered because it wasn't returned. Good lord, you jackass. I know it was delivered! My question was WHEN?? What day?? What time?? He interrupted again to tell me that it had been delivered for the day that I requested it. He then graciously offered to call the recipient to find out when it was delivered. I then got to the point where I yelled that this person just lost her mother and did not need to be BOTHERED with his phone call! I will NEVER use this florist again. There are too many of them around to give my company's business to one with such utter disregard for their paying clients. Look elsewhere for your floral arrangement needs!
