Not that the photos on their site aren't great - they are - but I was struck by how much more beautiful they looked upon delivery. And then there is the note - I wrote a pretty wacky funny (well, funny to myself and her) note to my girl (I tend to do that) and Van Nuys Flowers kindly wrote the entire note out (my apologies to whoever on their staff had to do that), despite how ridiculous the note was.
