I ordered this arrangement a bit later in the day for my wife. I received a call from the florist stating that she was out of red roses. I told her that was alright just use other roses for the arrangement. She said that she would check with her flower distributor if she could get the red roses but it was later in the day and she wasn't sure. I said for her not to worry if she couldn't get them. My wife received this exquisite arrangement and said it was wonderful. She sent me a picture of the arrangement on her desk. And there were the most incredible, beautiful red roses in the arrangement. I can't thank the florist enough for the effort and care she put into this arrangement and the fact that she called me to let me know about the roses impressed me so much. I will always use this florist and certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a beautiful flower arrangement.

Hi I am going through chemo so I wanted to order some pretty flowers to cheer myself up. I know about Bent Willow because a dear friend had previously sent me a really incredible arrangement from them.
I ordered a small bouquet designers choice and Mary gave me an exquisite bouquet that matched my taste exactly.
I was so happy that I placed a standing order for every month. The price is reasonable and comparable to other florists but the design element is unmatched and in a class of its own.
You will not be disappointed and it is time to do something nice for yourself in this time of the upside down world. Enjoy and don’t forget to be kind to yourself while you are being kind to others.

Words can not express how amazing Mary is at Bent Willow. I've been using them 26 years and have always had amazing floral arrangements and service. I placed an order online for a dear friend's birthday, to be delivered Dec. 26th. Mary called me to let me know they were closed the week after Christmas but would try and find another florist to fill the order. I was so pleased! I ordered the Designer's Choice arrangement to be delivered to a friend who had recently been in an auto accident. I requested yellow flowers, if possible. The note I added said 'When life gives you lemons, make limoncello." My friend sent me a photo of the bouquet. The florist, Bent Willow in North Hollywood, CA, did an amazing job! Not only did they use yellow flowers, they also included lemon slices! Now that is a special touch!

10/10 would recommend! I ordered online from New Zealand for a delivery to a friend who had recently had an operation. Mary Chris didn't get a response when attempting to deliver the flowers, so emailed me. I gave her another number to contact and she dropped them off on her way home that evening. I would have given five stars for this beautiful bouquet however the delivery person had pulled his mask down to his chin so that it covered neither his face nor his nose. When the door was opened he was standing there without mask or gloves for protection and handed over the flowers which meant there was no way to stay 6' apart. The arrangement is wonderful but the delivery was dangerous for all concerned.

While the arrangement was nice I did not see a difference in the standard arrangement picture versus the deluxe for which I paid extra. Actually the deluxe arrangement delivered appears to have fewer premium flowers than the “standard” version in the photographs. I do appreciate that my order was processed and delivered so quickly. I will probably use them again because of the service and realizing that sometimes things happen but I’ll be judicious with regards to the occasion/person for whom they are meant until I’m again confident in the product.

Bent Willow Florist floral designs are so extraordinary. My friend's mom was hospitalized and it was a very dire situation. I went online and selected a beautiful array of flowers. The website was easy to navigate and it allowed for specific details to be conveyed. I live abroad and ordered two arrangements online. The website was easy and simple to navigate. The only thing I would improve is, if your ordering two arrangements, one should have the option to write 2 separate notecards and specify what arrangement it's paired with. However I composed a note on the special instructions for the second arrangement. And I also was a bit nervous because they were going to the Universal City lot and you need a drive on pass for that.
Bent Willow responded in timely manner and asked me to dictate the card again as it had been cut off in the special instructions area. And they assured me that they had an account with the Universal lot and I need not worry about anything. They were so assuring and their customer service was impeccable. I only write about the technical matters although it's not their fault because it could be an added improvement to their site.
In the end, I was completely happy and would order there again in a heart beat and the arrangements were true to the pictures.
