Sylvart Floral Designs are wonderful, and I do mean wonderful. We all know how life can be, BUSY to sum it up. So when one of my oldest and dearest friend's birthday was approaching. I knew I wanted to send her a floral arrangement. This is where it gets more interesting. Let's set the scene. Im in the magnificent midwest, and she's in burgeoning Burbank. (2hr time difference) Sunday night (17th) is when my thoughts slowed and ideas resurfaced, reminding me that time hadn't stood still, waiting for no woman or Me, man. What am I going to do. Search surrounding florist in her area, is the only thing I can do, duuh! And out of them all, Sylvart Floral Design, pops up like the Moonflower opening up and showing its beauty at night, to light my way. Yeah baby! I pick the arraignment that shows I love her and care

I do understand that order is not said to be the same as a picture but at least the flowers could have been fresher, vase quadratic if not the same color and bow put around it. When you change greens for some not very nice ones the whole thing looks a bit old and sloppy.
Price was a bit much for that looks.

Sent flowers to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. I even got a call from the florist because there was no one home at the time of delivery & they wanted to let me know the flowers were on the front porch. My daughter-in-law absolutely loved them & the design name, "roses are beautiful" fits this arrangement perfectly.

I have for many years sent flowers across the nation for all different occasions through online florists. Several times recipient either didn't receive on time, or what they received did not match what was ordered online. Now I do research to find local florists near the location that I wish to send flowers. You have not disappointed. Recipient sent a photo of what was received and it looked just like the picture on the website. Beautiful. Thank you for the attention to detail.

Order was placed early in the morning received a call asking if the flowers could be delivered the following day. Was told they had allot of deliveries to deliver and they were running in a tight schedule. I asked for them to be delivered the same day as promised online. Was told if they would deliver the same day it would be pink roses because they didn’t have the lavender color. Due to the occasional being a lost in the family I agreed with waiting for the color I had selected. I asked for a picture to be send to me to see the arrangement. I didn’t receive a picture I called and was told the delivery person can’t take pictures if the person opens the door fast though the picture could have been taken before being delivered. I received a picture from the person whom the flowers were delivered to and the roses were PINK! Therefore I am really disappointed with the service and being lied to. Definitely not doing business with Slyvart floral.

The main flower in the arrangement was called "Deep Purple" rose and had accented with light pink baby spray roses. It was explained and understood that same day delivery wasn't able to be fulfilled and you agreed to have it delivered next day. We always try to go the extra mile for our clients and never lie but it's unfortunate your feel this way.

I was looking for a local flower shop to have flowers delivered to my grandma on her birthday, and came across Sylvart. Very easy to choose a design. They ran out of irises but they were able to call me and see what other flower I would like. Amazing customer service and great communication. The picture that came in this email is what I thought I ordered. There were red roses and not as full as it normally is. I always upgrade my order. Beautiful flowers, just not what I thought.

Easy online ordering! The flower bouquet that was delivered was even fuller and prettier than the one pictured. Delivered when promised and follow-up made to confirm delivery. I was surprised at the reasonableness of the pricing but then understood once I saw the delivery fee! Just be aware that the delivery fee is higher than other florists (which brings pricing into competitive alignment). I don't mind if the quality is there and it was!!! Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Easy ordering online. I was notified by Sylvia, the Owner, the morning of the delivery date that they didn't have lavender roses and they would substitute pink roses that were fresh.
Sylvia sent me a text message, called and left a voice mail on my cell, and emailed me with this change and that I could call if I wanted another option! The change was fine, but her communication was outstanding! Truly appreciate the communication and the pink roses were absolutely amazing!

It was beautifully done and delivered. It did not look the same as photo on the web. Different flowers and colors were used. However, I assume this is due to seasonal availability of flowers. Delivery time was good but the number of roses was limited to only two...when I had ordered a larger size. The handwriting wasn't to par either...misspelled words and the quality was poor. I expected a typed or printed note exactly how I requested it online and at least double the number of roses for which I paid to match the photo selection arrangement.

By far, the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. I had ordered a beautiful arrangement for a client to celebrate the birth of her new baby. There was a mix up (on my part) with the hospital address/contact info, and the flowers that were originally ordered for a Burbank delivery ultimately needed to be dropped off in Santa Monica. Sylvia and the staff at Sylvart could not have been more gracious or accommodating, despite the inconvenience on their end.
