Well, I sent these to a pal on the other side of the country, so I didn’t see em in person, but she LOVED them (the vase, too!), and the photo she sent looked like even better than the example online. The candle, which I also didn’t smell, is amazing as well, according to her report. I also loved that the card space was a little less limited than a lot of floral shops, so I got to say something real and unabbreviated in my note.

The flowers I ordered as a centerpiece for a special Anniversary dinner were simply gorgeous. They provided a beautiful presence on the table as we dined. The Customer Service experience was excellent. I would definitely order from them again.

The floral that was delivered was very pretty, but it did not have the same look that the photo does. I was a bit disappointed. I understand that flowers are seasonal. That said, lavender is her favorite color, and it was mostly pink. The style did not appear to be as high end.

I was very disappointed in the “florist choice” in this especially after we paid for deluxe. I know flowers are expensive but for $200 I expect a lot more. I’ve seen nicer arrangements at Costco. I will never order from here again. This was a really important sympathy arrangement and I’m just kind of shocked at the picture the recipient sent me. Also, maybe it’s because I said the occasion was sympathy but there was no color. None.

I ordered an arrangement last minute and it was delivered same day as I paid for and my friend was in love with the arrangement! The pictures she sent me looked similar to the photo online. There was a little bit more flowers in the picture online but it was still very beautiful. I would order from them again in the future.

More often than not florists send a much smaller bouquet than requested or seen in their pictures. Not the case with these guys. Beautiful flowers and terrific customer service. Thank you VERY MUCH.

I couldn’t fly down to comfort my dear friend in her time of need so flowers would have to do. She didn’t go through a breakup, wasn’t in the hospital, but she had returned to LA after years of living up north and life was not going well.
But which florist to choose? I Googled options and began my search. Wow!! You people are fortunate to have so many amazing florists serving your area. Discovered a nice selection of unique shops that could deliver to Sherman Oaks. Their websites showed stunning arrangements in all sizes, colors, varieties, prices. Was pleasantly surprised at my options … but it’s the Easter weekend and shops are busy. Everyone stressed. What the heck, I said. Let’s try doing this online and see what happens. After all, this might not be the last time I send flowers to my LA friends.
So I began scrolling and scrolling through sites, searching all Thursday morning until I found just the right florist shop to do the job. Dolce Blooms. I liked the name and reviews. Roses are her fave and the Sicily arrangement spoke to me loud and clear. The colors, the mix, the size—work together nicely. There were several other possibilities but I set them aside in my mind for another time. To be honest, I tend to be frugal with my hard-earned money. Not a cheapskate but I want (and hope for) quality. The pricing seemed reasonable in comparison to other shops, even though I’d never spent that much on flowers. Clicked on the button for Deluxe (nice option) so she would have an abundance of roses, chose next day delivery, tipped, Apple-payed and it was done. Easy peasy. Immediately received a confirmation in my email that my order had transmitted and crossed my fingers nothing would go wrong. It was Easter weekend after all.
Wonderful ending. Dolce Blooms sent me confirmation of delivery. Rita called me Friday afternoon to tell me she received “the prettiest bouquet I’ve seen.” This from a beautiful gal who has seen and received plenty gorgeous flowers in her lifetime. She sent me photos of the fabulous Sicily arrangement. So don’t hesitate to go on their website and check it out. I am so very glad I chose Dolce Blooms. Wish they had an outpost up here in the Bay Area. Cheers

I needed some get well flowers sent to Studio City quickly. I googled Studio City and found a few places.

Went to their website and they had beautiful flowers, priced well and free delivery which was down the street from the flower shop. One day delivery. I ordered the Giuliana arrangement.

Now wait for it. I called and politely asked if it was possible to get the delivery the same day. The person who answered asked someone in the back if it was possible and they said yes, it was early in the day when they opened.

My daughter Giuliana, loved the Giuliana arrangement, sounds a little corny but true. She said it cheered up her day.

Customer service and flowers are off the charts. Buy your flowers there.

This is the second time I've used them, and the second time I've bought this arrangement - and the only difference was that they somehow made it MORE beautiful and MORE full than the last time. Dolce Blooms is my new go-to. I found them while looking for a local florist to order something per my boss. it was last minute and they graciously provided. The container we received leaked (NOT DOLCE'S FAULT) and they happily replaced it without question.
They are also just so charming and down-to-earth that I left wanting to be best friends with them.

The vase was the same as pictured, thankfully. The arrangment felt like a bunch a flowers jammed into a vase rather than arranged. It was OK, but could definitely have been more closely resembling the photo in quality and abundance of flowers.

My mom loved this arrangement I sent for her birthday. The flowers all lasted 7 days (much longer than other arrangements she received). She took picture updates each day to share with me. It looked really beautiful and "expensive"-her word. It also arrived on time and I emailed the office email after my order to make a few updates, they were lovely and helpful. I definitely recommend sending flowers through Dolce Blooms.

Although the flowers I ordered were very nice, they really didn’t look anything like the pictured flower arrangement.

I specifically ordered the Dozzina Di Rose thinking that there would be what looks to be eucalyptus leaves and the small twigs up top. Also the vase pictured was completely different than the one received. Basically, everything was different than the pictured arrangement except for the dozen roses. Those were beautiful. It’s understandable if they ran out of a particular foliage, but it’s just not acceptable in my opinion.

I almost ordered the Giuliana arrangement because I like the arrangement in the pictured striped vase. If I had gotten that arrangement in a glass vase or with a completely different vase.... I may not have ordered that arrangement.

I just think you need to provide what’s pictured or at least notify the customer that some of the pictured items were not available and let them choose something else.

During these trying times, I wanted to send a friend flowers on her birthday so I placed an order through their website. I received a call and they said they were unable to get the flowers that went in that arrangement. I said that they could just make something similar and that it didn’t have to be those exact flowers in the picture. My friend sent me a photo of her with the flowers and they looked beautiful! The flowers were hardly different from the picture (maybe slightly different colors). My friend loved them and they brightened her day and mine because of the amazing customer service!

Because of Covid and the Android I couldn’t visit my mom, so I never saw what I sent. I can tell you that she loved them and they made her very happy. So that made me happy. Thanks so much.

They had to substitute for a different color rose due to a shortage in supply, which I did not mind at all. But the arrangement had considerably less roses than pictured and the green was completely different. It wasn’t delicate light green leaves pictured, but large dark green leaves. I would have given a lower rating, but I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt considering the times. Maybe floral suppliers have been affected by covid regulations?

I cannot say enough good things about Dolce Blooms. After placing my online order, I received a call regarding my flower request (I wanted the arrangement to include peonies). Peonies are just starting to become available and I was given the option of doing an arrangement which mainly comprises of peonies, or a few stems plus an assortment of other flowers (I went with the latter). The colors/flowers used were vibrant and of vary stages of being open or just about to bloom, the vase was a cool corrugated/ridged metal vase... very chic. The finished result was breathtaking and was the perfect arrangement for Mother's Day. I've definitely found my go-to local florist.

I didn’t get the vase I ordered because it was a month on back order but I was called and told that. I wanted the flowers delivered despite not having that unique vase. Most flower shops would of sent flowers anyway . Pretty positive experience all in all.

I ordered the premium of this for my mom who is 93. Not only was it huge and beautiful, the man who created it/delivered it made sure to bring it in for her, and give her time to answer the door. When she called me she was in tears telling me how beautiful the arrangement was. I have ordered flowers over the years but heard about the quality of bloomnation on channel 5 news. I will never use any other company. Their flowers last longer and the florists care about the customers needs. It may cost a bit more, but it's worth every penny. Last arrangement lasted almost 2 weeks. This florist even took the time and texted me 4 pictures of what he delivered. Amazing company!

I wanted to post a pic of what was sent which was a tad different...I fell in love with this picture because of the hanging tendril type flower on the bottom and the wispy one at the very top above the roses/tulips. It was MY fault for not telling them specifically that those two things are what drew me to the arrangement. I know better than that! You can never assume anyone can read your mind, and I knew going in, that the arrangement would not be exact...BUT...the family that received the flowers LOVED them (they had no basis of comparison) and that is ALL that matters! The flowers are not bad. Its obviously not like the photo but its close. The card however is the biggest issue. Its wriiten by hand instead of typed, very messy and hard to read. Looks almost like a child wrote it. Oh andndont forget the mis-spelled word which was corrected on the same card which is very noticeable instead of starting over.

Dolce Blooms does stunning work! They use fresh, high quality flowers and are really creative in their designs.
The arrangement was even prettier in person than in the picture. Understandably, florists cannot always get the exact same flowers/colors as in the picture. They replaced the flowers they could not get with upgraded flowers and created the perfect arrangement.
I will definitely be recommending Dolce Blooms to everyone and buying many more arrangements from Dolce Blooms in the near future!

It was so fun to browse and choose from several amazing arrangements, then push a few buttons and an hour later my daughter-in-law, who lives 500 miles away, had flowers delivered to her doorstep on her birthday!
Because of the nature of flowers and their availability it is almost impossible to get the exact arrangement seen in the picture provided. The one I picked had more of the colors I loved and a bigger variety, but the ones they used pleased my daughter-in-law so it worked out. I just thought it would be nice to know that when ordering.

When I order a bouquet online, it almost always looks nothing like the photo. Dolce Blooms is the FIRST florist EVER that not only delivered a bouquet that looked like the pic, it was BETTER than the picture. My friend LOVED them and said they lasted longer than a week!
