“What a great experience! I ordered online two days ahead, but put the wrong address for delivery. When I called, they happily changed it immediately and emailed the confirmation. On delivery day, I received a photo of the arrangement they created AND an email letting me know it was out for delivery AND an email confirming delivery was made!
