“I'm a repeat customer of Chita's Floral Designs going on 12 years now. I keep coming back because they do great high-end quality work at reasonable prices. Everytime I order from their shop, I know I will only receive the best customer service and beautiful arrangements.

I also love that the process to purchase was so easy and fast with online ordering. They also include an area where you can add additional instructions for delivery, and I appreciate that they take the time to make sure any instructions are followed.

The communication is also a huge plus. I received a confirmation that my order was received, then a text and email when my order was delivered along with a BloomSnap of my actual arrangement. In the pictures you can clearly see the arrangement and the message on the card. I chose sunflowers because they were my friends favorite flower, so I knew I had to have them in whatever arrangement I chose. Everyone had nothing but compliments to give about the floral arrangement.
