First of all let me tell you about the service, I had ordered the flower box for the 26th which is today, but realized that it was the leap year so I needed to have them delivered yesterday instead, so I emailed them and also called and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He acknowledged that he got my email and that it’s no problem the flowers will be delivered the same day. I was statically happy, because there’s nothing worse that getting someone’s birthday wrong. I have ordered here before and was so satisfied but this time the flowers and box did not match what was advertised. The colors chosen was suppose to be a ombré pastel color instead of a bright fuschia and strong pink. Not happy and was totally let down this time.

The picture above is what I ordered. What was delivered was absolutely nothing like the photo!. If they didn’t have the same colors or flowers they should have called me. I usually order from L’ Fleur in Costa Mesa which ALWAYS texts a pic of the arrangement before delivery. They were out of the color box/vase I wanted to I thought I’d try L’Amour. NEVER AGAIN!

My wife was very disappointed in the flowers. They appeared much different than the picture posted here. Also, she received attitude from the flower shop when she called her concerns in. Inaccurate description of items purchased - described as 2 dozen balloons, only received 20. The delivery driver came back with 4 additional balloons at our request, which was nice - however the colors didn’t match the bunch we received prior. We also had to attach them to the others ourselves. Just sub par for the price. Also, the balloons didn’t even last 24 hours before ½ had deflated. Overall disappointing experience.

The color of the flowers that were delivered was pretty significantly different from the photo on the website. The photo showed two tones of a lighter, pastel pink, and the delivered flowers were mostly one shade of a much more vivid, almost hot pink.

I’ve ordered several total arrangements from your boutique because my girlfriend is always ecstatic to receive her floral arrangements from you.
This time though, was not the same. Although the arrangement was beautifully put together and just as pictured, just only 24 hours after she received her flowers, she sent me a picture that they had already wilted. She kept them in a cool room, so they weren’t exposed to heat that would cause them to wilt. I’m quite disappointed that these flowers are already practically ruined only a day after receiving them. Shouldn’t these last at minimum a week? It is unfortunate that this happened coming from a premium flower boutique.

This is the second time I have used Bloomnation and the flowers were very beautiful indeed, delivered on time and dramatically presented as pictured. The arrangement was a lovely size—no skimping—and flowers were all beautifully fresh. But my one complaint was that the way the flowers were arranged; not quite the same as the photo representing them. And to be honest, flower arranging is an art...and the photo arrangement was prettier than the actual arrangement, due to the placement of the flowers and the color used. If the person assembling them had just looked at the photo and carefully placed the pink roses around the arrangement, (and had used the same very light colored pink as in the photo) , this would have been a 5!star review. But I do highly recommended this florist!
