How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (219) 464-3588, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (219) 464-3588 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

If you could please send the picture to hello@schultzfloral.com we can review the order and have any necessary discussions with our designers about the order as well as our product photography from the website. The Olivia is one of our best sellers this fall, and the standard ($65) to deluxe ($80) upgrade includes the florals shown in our photography along with additional texture stems, greens, and 2 deluxe roses (which are $6 each). At Schultz Floral, we also hand-deliver all of our floral orders and never outsource to 3rd party apps.

|With that said everyone is always friendly and helpful at the shop and the church continues to use Schultz for many needs at other times of the year and we've been very happy.
I will also say that I received a dozen roses for my anniversary from Schultz from my husband and they were gorgeous and lasted over a week. We were very happy with those.

|While I understand that substitutions sometimes have to be made due to availability of a particular flower, I was surprised to see Alstroemeria flowers used in place of carnations.
The arrangement was good, but with the above mentioned flower, it changed the overall look. Not a bad look, just not what I expected.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
