“I ordered flowers from Birch & Maple from across the country, fully expecting a little bit of “hope for the best” energy… and instead got the most thoughtful, above-and-beyond experience ever.
Not only did they create a gorgeous arrangement, but they actually sent me a video of the flowers before delivery—like a proud parent showing off their overachieving child—and then followed it up with a photo of the recipient with the flowers when they arrived. I mean… who does that?? (Answer: legends.)
