Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

We provide same-day flower delivery to:Primary Areas (Free to $14.99 delivery): The Woodlands (77380, 77381, 77382, 77384, 77389), Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North, Spring (77386, 77388)Extended Areas ($19.99 - $29.99): Conroe (77301, 77302, 77303, 77304, 77305), Magnolia (77354, 77355), Tomball (77375), Montgomery, Cypress (77433), KleinWe also deliver to Houston, Katy, Humble and surrounding areas with advance notice.Delivery Timeframes:- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PMSame-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM CST for same-day delivery. Refund Policy

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (281) 940-9493, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (281) 940-9493 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Thank you for the stunning bouquet for my mom's birthday! The transaction was easy and she received it on her birthday in the afternoon. The bouquet very closely matched the photo on the website (overall design, specific flowers and color scheme) so I appreciated that aspect too. It was also in a beautiful vase with an adorable boot holding Texas Blue Bonnet flowers. Since my parents love going to see the blue bonnets when they are in bloom, this was a special sentiment that made her feel extra special. You guys always do a great job! The Peonies did not last very long at all. Less than 24 hours the petals were falling off and we threw them away in about 48 hours.
