“The delivery guy was fantastic. There was an outside gate to the home that needed a code. He was having trouble reaching the owner. The delivery guy called me and together we worked though the situation. He was very cool and collective and kept reassuring me that it was not a problem that the delivery was taking awhile since there were issues with the delivery. He was so very nice. “I called from Arizona to order a medium florist’s/designer’s choice bouquet for a family member in Glendora with an upcoming birthday. I asked for irises, but was informed these were out of season. Delphiniums were recommended as a good replacement, and if irises were found, they would be added to the bouquet. A beautiful pastel spring bouquet palette would be used to go with the Delphiniums.
I needed a next-day delivery and that was no problem. Everything was handled over the phone and receipts and order information was emailed to me directly after the phone call. The gentleman helping me on the phone asked what time I’d like everything to be delivered and recommended morning because of the triple-digit heat wave occurring in Glendora currently. I was grateful for the information and chose an early morning delivery because of the heat.
I was updated by email when the bouquet was en route, when it had been delivered and with follow-up questions/issues. I was impressed by the amount of information I was provided throughout.
And now finally, for what really matters – what did my family member think of the bouquet? She absolutely loved it and said it was the most beautiful bouquet she’s gotten in her whole life. She showed me a picture of it on her dining room table bright, and full of life.
