Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

|I had never used Angela Florist before, but I wanted to support a small business when ordering an arrangement. I found them through a Google search of florists in La Verne, and I selected them after checking out a few different companies. I loved their "Enchanted Garden in Bloom" arrangement, and I knew my cousin would like it, too! It was easy to place the order online from my home in Minnesota. I was very impressed that Angela Florist sent me emails yesterday showing me a picture of the flower arrangement prior to delivery, letting me know when they were 10 minutes out from delivery, and after it had been delivered. I also had some lovely email correspondence with the warm and friendly owner after letting her know how much I loved the arrangement. I highly recommend using Angela Florist for your next celebration or event!

The bouquet was beautifully put together... the flower combination was so vibrant - exactly what i wanted! They notified me of delivery, both by email and text. Both forms of communication included a picture of what was being delivered. They also notified my daughter of the delivery so to ensure she was home to receive it.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
