La Floriya did not get it right first time but when that was pointed out they did more than enough to make things right. The personal care and attention of Alex, the Store Manager was exceptional. It is because of this passion and care for customers that I would have no hesitation in using La Floriya again and if you ever need flowers in the Santa Clara or San Jose area, La Floriya is a great option. Oh, and by the way, the flowers were fantastic too!
