Some items may require additional lead time to make or put together, so please understand the earlier you can order, the better prepared I’ll be to add extra attention and detail to your order.
We may not have all items available like shown in the picture and we reserve the right to substitute any item for a similar item at any time.
I have over 22+ years of floral design experience and started working in the floral industry at the age of 14, scrubbing buckets and sweeping floors.
Overtime, I learned how to wrap and arrange flowers by watching the designers and through my own trial and error. I also have a natural ability and a love of flowers. I also tremendously enjoy seeing people happy because of my flowers.
I have completed many floral masterclasses and am always interested in learning the latest floral industry trends.
I have worked many types of jobs throughout my life, earned my AA in CSU Studies from San Jose City College, and my BA in Psychology from SJSU. I also hold a car salespersons license.
Most recently, I am attending College of the Siskiyous for Drug and Alcohol Counseling and I am on the Dean’s List with a 4.0 GPA.
My true passion however, is and always has been, flowers.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (650) 485-3431, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (650) 485-3431 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
