“I ordered a bereavement arrangement for a funeral that was taking place in the Bay Area and I live out of state. I was a bit skeptical about the online categories, however the arrangement was absolutely beautiful and was even beyond what I expected. The website is confusing for "custom arrangement" -- just fill out the form twice and you'll be fine. Once after selecting "custom arrangement", and again during the check out/delivery pages. Hoping they update the website to remove this redundancy.”
