I had a wonderful experience with Full Bloom. I was ordering long distance/sight unseen for a bouquet delivery. The pictures and costs on their website were easy to understand. I place my order and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a picture of the finished product, taken at their shop, prior to delivery. That extra step is excellent customer service! It looked exactly how I had pictured it, big and full with lots of flowers. Bouquet was delivered on time. I would definitely recommend.

This florist has been so reliable. I ordered online late Tue night and it was delivered early afternoon the next day. In the representative photo I count about 16 flowers that I can see, and my friend sent me a picture that shows about half as many flowers. The vase is totally different. Although a pretty arrangement, I am disappointed. Wish I could post the picture.

I loved everything about the flowers and type of care the associates gave toward my order. I was able to call a couple days before and make a few edits to my notes without any issues. The day of the delivery date, the recipient didn’t answer the door so the associate delivered the flowers at a later time which was awesome because it was hot outside and the flowers would have wilted. My only concern was the delivery charge as it was $15 within the same city. I was expecting different delivery charges depending on distance.

I am very upset plan to call today. The arrangement I ordered was tropical with birds of paradise and sunflowers etc. I paid extra to have the most deluxe! 125 I got some average looking plain roses and lily type beige arrangement that was not very deluxe. I ordered what I ordered to cheer up my mother with bright colors and remind her of Hawaii where she’s from. She’s in the hospital very ill. This is awful!

I was really excited for my friend to receive an awesome bouquet, and when she texted me the photo of what she received it looked like a sad version of what I had selected.
