In addition to being responsive to my request, they also called me in Virginia to ensure the delivery address was correct as, unbeknownst to me, there is more than one building @ Morristown Memorial! Very considerate. Most importantly, my niece said the flower arrangement was “stunning!” I’m always happy with orders and purchases at J & M, but this was very special!”

“Stunning!! I called in the afternoon to see when the bouquet would be delivered I called the number on the website. 2 rings and the OWNER picked up! Wow!! He had my order and said "its leaving on the next truck and should be there with in 90 minutes!!" 60 minutes later this gorgeous arrangement had arrived!
The boss answered the phone??? Surpassed my expectations. The flowers are beautiful. My bosses son had to smell each flower! I will absolutely order again! Thank you!
