Update: William, the owner, and Bill reached out to me shortly after I submitted my review, and went above and beyond by providing a new floral arrangement (mind you, the previously received arrangement was beautiful) the same day. I would have highly recommended Beethoven's Veranda prior to this experience, but can definitely say that their wonderful customer experience will keep me as a patron and I will continue to recommend them.

The flowers are perfect and my fiance loves them. However, the delivery did not go as expected and my fiance had a fair amount of back and forth with the delivery person. I provided detailed instructions in the comments when purchasing and I understand not all delivery type requests can be fulfilled but I would have preferred to get a call personally instead of the confusion falling on the recipient.

The arrangement was absolutely beautiful- the colors were magnificent i expected to see some variation in flowers between actual and what was described on website due to seasonal availability but there was none. Stunning. Delivery was as requested. My only reason for not assigning 5 stars was that i questioned your ability to deliver the arrangement at requested time-slot (noon) as your website noted specific delivery times could not be guaranteed. I called and left messages twice to inquire if the requested time was achievable because if not id swing by to pick up instead. No one returned the calls so i wasnt sure if the arrangement would be there in time. In the end it was and was lovely but i would have appreciated a simple return call to confirm Nevertheless i would definitely use Beethoven again

The arrangement was beautiful, although very small. And, since the container is small, the number of blooms were also small. Very expensive IMO for that small of an item. Flowers were beautiful and smelled lovely but, again, very small.

I had to purchase a bouquet at the last minute and it was no problem for the florist. William the owner was very sweet and called me the day of pick up to inform me of what time it would be available. I then got a follow up phone call when it was ready. They did an amazing job and the bouquet was stunning!

It was not as pictured. The large roses were past peak so they are dying quickly and the delivery charge for a few blocks was astronomical!!

As for the floral arrangement we only use the freshest product available. I happened to create this arrangement myself so I know exactly what went into the design. We went to the market the same morning to gather fresh flowers for your arrangement specifically. There were only two pink roses that were slightly more open that I included only to give the arrangement some additional color and life. As the creative director of the company I took that liberty and in my opinion the arrangement was sent out with my hand and with my approval.
Additionally, I am concerned as to your comments about our delivery fee as the fee is clearly displayed before payment is requested. Was the fee not displayed? The nominal $25 delivery fee covers a very small portion of our insurance costs and driver wages just so you have a better understanding.

I ordered the particular arrangement because of the type of flowers in it. The day it was to be delivered, I received a call from William saying he had been to the market and didn’t like the way the flowers looked. I let him do what he does and he created the most incredibly beautiful arrangement using flowers I hadn’t seen before. My Sister in-law kept sending me pictures. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
