“First time using this company, and I was absolutely grateful for the efforts that they made.

First, they reached out to me to inform me that the selection I made didn’t have the box that was in the photo and asked if I was OK with a substitution. I appreciate them for asking before doing.

Then, the driver had difficulty finding the location, so the owner reached out to keep me updated and ask for suggestions on finding my husband’s work location. I was able to send him a screenshot, and he even offered to take the flowers himself if the driver wasn’t able to make it.

They reached out to me to let me know that they were arriving, delivering, and that the flowers have been received. This extra effort definitely made me appreciate them, and I will be using them again. I appreciate the communication and efforts.”
