Communication was prompt and thoughtful from beginning to end. Alejandra even sent me a beautiful video of the finished arrangement before it was delivered, which was such a lovely touch. It was a very hot day, and the delivery driver took extra care to protect the flowers from wilting and make sure they arrived in perfect condition.

This was premium service with so much care and attention to detail. The bouquet was absolutely stunning, and I’m thrilled with the entire experience. I would highly recommend Aquarela to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and exceptional service.”

“The delivery guy was fantastic. There was an outside gate to the home that needed a code. He was having trouble reaching the owner. The delivery guy called me and together we worked though the situation. He was very cool and collective and kept reassuring me that it was not a problem that the delivery was taking awhile since there were issues with the delivery. He was so very nice.
