Not only did they create a gorgeous arrangement, but they actually sent me a video of the flowers before delivery—like a proud parent showing off their overachieving child—and then followed it up with a photo of the recipient with the flowers when they arrived. I mean… who does that?? (Answer: legends.)
The whole experience felt so personal and caring, like they were just as invested in making someone’s day as I was. 10/10, no notes, would absolutely trust them again! ?”
