“I am originally from Cincinnati but live in Baton Rouge, my daddy’s been gone 13 years I place flowers on his grave for various reasons him being a veteran and dying memorial weekend always makes me want flowers for that weekend. This year I had to be in Utah as my daughter was given birth and it completely slipped my mind, yet Osterbrook promptly returned my call had the flowers arranged delivered and even sent me a photo. Over the years I’ve been very last minute and minimal budget and they go over and beyond as a daddy’s girl I sure appreciate y’all thank you for being so over the top
