Rather than simply canceling the order, they told me they were heading to the flower wholesaler and would contact me with the options they could find. They followed up quickly, helped me select a beautiful orchid, and had it hand-delivered the very same day.

“I received a call advising me that the floral arrangement I originally ordered was unavailable.
A very pleasant young lady, Michaela, suggested a refund.
I explained the dilemma of my circumstances … Aunt funeral on Saturday..Oct 31..and my finding out late of the date.
I asked if there was something she could arrange at my price point ( I’m calling out of state) and Michaela took the reins, with suggesting flower options.
Michaela was so kind, so thoughtful , with my short notice request and so patient with my emotional state.
Michaela was so very understanding and personable, while maintaining a professional presence.
Michaela advised me that she would be sending a screenshot of the arrangement and when delivered.
She did both, in an every, unexpected, timely manner.
Michaela went beyond my expectations and the floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful.
