Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
At Petals 2 Go Flowers & Gifts, we take pride in delivering beautiful flowers and thoughtful gifts with care.
Delivery Area & Fees Delivery is available within our local service area. Fees vary by destination and are provided before your order is finalized. Please contact the shop to confirm delivery availability for your address.
Same-Day Delivery Same-day delivery may be available depending on when your order is received, flower availability, and our delivery schedule. During holidays and other busy periods, we encourage you to order early.
Delivery Times We make every effort to deliver on your requested date. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please let us know about time-sensitive orders, including services, events, and business deliveries, before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Recipient Information Please provide the recipient’s full name, complete address, telephone number, and any necessary apartment, suite, gate, or access information. For businesses, hospitals, and care facilities, include the business or facility name and any applicable room or department details.
If the Recipient Is Unavailable If no one is available to receive the order, we may contact the recipient or sender for instructions. When appropriate, flowers may be left in a safe, sheltered location or with an authorized front desk or reception area. Extreme temperatures, weather conditions, or security restrictions may prevent us from leaving an arrangement unattended. An additional fee may apply if another delivery attempt is needed.
Business, Hospital & Facility Deliveries Deliveries are subject to the location’s operating hours, security procedures, and acceptance policies. Please confirm that the facility accepts flowers before ordering. Delivery may be completed through an authorized reception desk or designated receiving area.
Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery Incomplete or incorrect delivery information may cause delays. An additional delivery fee may apply if the address changes after dispatch or another trip is required.
Weather & Unexpected Delays Severe weather, traffic, road closures, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the sender and arrange the next available delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations Please contact the shop as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Requests are subject to the order’s preparation and delivery status. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an arrangement has been prepared or dispatched.
Delivery Concerns If there is a problem with your delivery or the condition of your flowers, please contact us promptly with your order details and photos, when possible, so we can review the concern and assist you.
Refund Policy
We want you to be pleased with your flowers and gifts. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact our shop so we can help.
Fresh Flowers & Arrangements Because fresh flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Include your order details and clear photos so we can review the concern. Please retain the arrangement and container until we respond.
Replacements & Refunds For a confirmed quality issue or an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances. We may arrange to collect the original item when providing a replacement.
Flower Substitutions Seasonal availability may require substitutions in flowers, colors, or containers. We strive to preserve the overall style and value of your selection. Substitutions of comparable or greater value do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Gifts & Nonperishable Merchandise Unused, unopened gift merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt and its original packaging. Custom or personalized items are final sale unless defective or incorrect.
Delivery Issues If we make a delivery error, please contact us promptly so we can correct it. Additional delivery fees may apply when an order cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, restricted access, or recipient unavailability. Any refund will depend on the circumstances and whether the order can be recovered or redelivered.
Cancellations Please request cancellations as soon as possible. Orders already prepared, custom-made, or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
