I also love that the process to purchase was so easy and fast with online ordering. They also include an area where you can add additional instructions for delivery, and I appreciate that they take the time to make sure any instructions are followed.

The communication is also a huge plus. I received a confirmation that my order was received, then a text and email when my order was delivered along with a BloomSnap of my actual arrangement. In the pictures you can clearly see the arrangement and the message on the card. I chose sunflowers because they were my friends favorite flower, so I knew I had to have them in whatever arrangement I chose. Everyone had nothing but compliments to give about the floral arrangement.

“I have gotten flowers from here a handful of times and each time I am super happy with the arrangements. I appreciate that my specific requests such as color scheme or flower variety and overall vibe, the vibe is well received and nailed. The owner really takes her time and care to make a beautiful product.

The first two times I came to pick up the flowers. She carefully packs it into your car, puts seatbelts around it, and additional boxes if needed to make sure the arrangement will ride safely during the trip.
