This was the first time using Wildrose. It was for our 26th wedding anniversary. The owner was very helpful and went out of her way while talking to me on the phone to make sure the arrangement was even better than what I ordered! Only 5 stars? Great experience! Best prices around and great, quick customer service and delivery. I forgot to add something to my order. When I called, the woman on the phone was very friendly and helped me correct my order. She even offered to spruce up/change the arrangement I ordered a bit (to liven it up). There was no extra charge for that. I received text messages and emails letting me know the progress of my order. I also received a snapshot of the arrangement I ordered, once it was completed. Best experience I have had when ordering flowers. I will use them again in the future!

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
