Was delivered on time and looked just like the picture if not better. An extra touch was the card was hand written which is not normal for flower delivery. I will defiantly be using them again and hope to stop inside the shop one day.

She was very kind and explained that although she was busy she would try to get the delivery out early. I appreciated her excellent customer and was happy to support a small shop instead of a national chain.

It turned out to be less full/more simple than I expected given the online photo, but it was still pretty and my friend appreciated it. It was about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of the bouquet in the photo, and less colorful.

A very reliable florist !
I ordered the bouquet online, from Europe, without knowing that in US they were celebrating Mother's day and without having any clue about the pressure on florists around that date.
Nevertheless the bouquet was promptly delivered.
It was gorgeous, fresh and with an elegant choice of colours. It really was much bigger and nicer than in the photo.
Besides, the online order process was smooth and quick.

Flowers did not look like picture on website. It looked like a misshapen wreath instead of a "D". My mom received it and thought she got a wreath. The company tried calling me, but I was out of the country. I did not receive notification or communication via email that the flowers looked like this until after the order went out. The flowers were all one color and type of flower with the white being introduced in the side of the "D" to make it look like a D. So disappointed.

The sympathy arrangement created by Wildrose was absolutely beautiful. I ordered it online on a Sunday and on Monday I received note along with a picture of the arrangement. A few minutes later I received a note indicating my arrangement had been hand delivered. Such wonderful service. So seldom to we get to see exactly what is delivered. I’ve ordered flowers for someone out of state before, using a 1-800 service. The flowers didn’t look like the picture at all-not in quantity or amount. They fixed it, but I wouldn’t have known, if my friend hadn’t sent a picture. She was in mourning, and it was a hassle for her to have to set out the old ones and go home when the new ones came.
Fast forward to my sister-in-law’s 50th birthday. Instead of using 1-800, I looked for the actual florists in Cary, online, and read the reviews. The flowers were stunning and exceeded my expectations. I had her send me a picture to make sure they looked the way I thought they would, but Wild Rose Floral actually emailed me a picture of the actual bouquet too!! Great customer service to boot! I would definitely recommend and use them again!!

Great experience! Best prices around and great, quick customer service and delivery. I forgot to add something to my order. When I called, the woman on the phone was very friendly and helped me correct my order. She even offered to spruce up/change the arrangement I ordered a bit (to liven it up). There was no extra charge for that. I received text messages and emails letting me know the progress of my order. I also received a snapshot of the arrangement I ordered, once it was completed. Best experience I have had when ordering flowers. I will use them again in the future!
