Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (401) 402-6201, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (401) 402-6201 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I called on a Friday for a small bouquet to be delivered on Saturday, the next day. The flowers never arrived. Then come to find out the florist is closed Sunday-Tuesday meaning I won’t hear back from anyone til Wednesday. I’ve left voice mail messages and sent a text and email too and so far on Monday afternoon, no reply. This place is terrible! Where are my flowers???!!

Hello John,
I sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience regarding your flower order. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays; however, I did send an email on Sunday offering either a full refund or delivery of the flowers. I’m sorry you did not see the message before posting your review.
I received your response today, Monday, and understand that you would like both the delivery and a partial refund. As mentioned in my previous email, Saturday should have been blocked from online ordering because our team was onsite for a wedding setup. Unfortunately, there was a system error that allowed the order to go through, and I truly apologize for that mistake.
To make this right, I will personally deliver the flowers today and refund 50% of your order. In addition, I will make the bouquet larger than originally ordered as a gesture of goodwill and apology.
As a small business, situations like this are very difficult and in my business they are far and few. You will be my first 1 star, especially when we are actively trying to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible. While I completely understand your frustration, reviews can have a lasting impact on small businesses. My goal has always been to resolve issues as fast as possible, and I hope the resolution provided today reflects that.
Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and your order will be resolved today.

I appreciated the last minute delivery but did not think the arrangement matched up to the suggested photo. There was a whole lot of alstroemeria vs roses which changed the price point very much in my mind.

Hi Trish! I’m sorry we added more alstroemeria! The vase opening was much larger than the pic so we had to add more to fill it properly. We did put in the correct amount of roses but perhaps that made it look too different. If we added roses the price point would have gone up so we used our best judgement. The florist was very nice and loved that she had shop cats! The arrangement was beautiful and similar but not the same as the one pictured (just in case someone is super picky about that).
My only complaints would be the confusion with the computer system which she did apologize for, sometimes technology sucks. It said several days prior to picking up my order it was attempted to be delivered causing some confusion but she got back to me promptly. Also the flower card with the message and who it was from wasn’t in the flowers or box.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
