Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Hi Trish! I’m sorry we added more alstroemeria! The vase opening was much larger than the pic so we had to add more to fill it properly. We did put in the correct amount of roses but perhaps that made it look too different. If we added roses the price point would have gone up so we used our best judgement. We aim to please so sorry about the extra alstroemeria! We will be sure to reach out to you next time. :)

|My only complaints would be the confusion with the computer system which she did apologize for, sometimes technology sucks. It said several days prior to picking up my order it was attempted to be delivered causing some confusion but she got back to me promptly. Also the flower card with the message and who it was from wasn’t in the flowers or box.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
