We proudly serve the New Orleans Metro Area with reliable flower delivery services, including same day delivery, next day delivery, and even floral subscription services, offering scheduled reoccurring delivery options. Susan has long had a passion for creating beautiful flower arrangements. Starting her career as a grocery store florist, she later went to school for floral design, and with the support of her husband Paul purchased Westbank Florist. She expanded the business from a one room operation to a booming business currently operating out of multiple properties. While Sue has recently taken a step back from the business, she is working harder than ever as a doting grandmother. Her daughters, Emily & Katibeth are continuing their mother's legacy, running the shop and have big plans to expand offering flowers, gifts, and someday may even boast a coffee shop!

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (504) 341-4305, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (504) 341-4305 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

|Disappointed, though, that the actual arrangement was not the bright sunshine yellow roses as advertised. That was the reason for my selection and my (premium) request to add bright yellow roses for the occasion. The roses delivered were a pale yellow, but attractive arrangement.

She was so touched it brought tears to both of us. Her husband was waked and buried Monday, January 6. I had ordered from an online florist, NEVER DELIVERED. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
