Disappointed, though, that the actual arrangement was not the bright sunshine yellow roses as advertised. That was the reason for my selection and my (premium) request to add bright yellow roses for the occasion. The roses delivered were a pale yellow, but attractive arrangement.

Did everything they could, it was bad weather and she didn't hear the door so they we're going to deliver the next day. The surprise element was gone so I had my father pick the up for and deliver them. So I ended up paying for two deliveries. I'll make sure I'm home if I order again.

The plant that was delivered was much smaller than the picture here and it was not in bloom. When I asked the recipient of the plant for their opinion I was told, “ it may look better in a few days.” This is not the reaction you want to hear when sending a gift. I’m extremely disappointed .

I don't believe I received the right value for my money. I gave full creative freedom and was assured that I will get an English arrangement and that the bouquet will include 2-3 silk magnolias to replace the real ones since they are not in season. The arrangement received was lacking from what I know English arrangements should look like. It should at least have included more than 2 or 3 roses that were there.

The order was to be delivered between 9-1 as per the choice on the website I chose. I had to call around 2 to see where the order was. I have ordered from here before and was extremely happy and that was during Valentine’s Day when everything is hectic. This time you can tell the bouquet was rushed and some of the flowers are browning already. I’ve spent $100 and did not receive what was expected. I asked if there was any reimbursement for the mistakes especially since the flowers were needed before 1pm. She said no. There was nothing about this order that I would call truly exceptional.

The flowers were lovely, and my wife enjoyed them. The only problems came from ordering a week ahead of time and requesting they be delivered before 1 pm. They had to be delivered at home rather than at work, and were delivered at 830pm. Florist should have known the instructions, and either told me early they couldn't do it, or should have delivered as planned. Fortunately, this was the fourth year I ordered flowers for my wife and the delivery didn't work out. It was a running joke, and I added the note on the card "did this arrive on the right day?" because of that. I will surely try Westbank Florist again, as they went the extra mile to make it work. But they've gotta get onboard with their ordering tool make sure my non-issue doesn't ruin anyone else's plans! Great bouquet, though!

I am so pleased with pricing and the arrangement. It was more beautiful than I could ever imagine. I was at my friend home when she received it. It was just shown in picture. She was so touched it brought tears to both of us. Her husband was waked and buried Monday, January 6. I had ordered from an online florist, NEVER DELIVERED. My card was charged, so I notified my card company, paypal and the florist about the undelivered flora. I have always ordered from you and so has my family members.
