The service was bad. Despite giving them their required 7 days advance notice and provide all information needed, 2 days before the delivery date, they freaked me out asking me telling me that I need to check if the mortuary can accept delivery on Saturday since the service was on Sunday and they close and had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to proceed with my order.
This, after they confirmed my order which was schedule for a Saturday delivery.
Truly unprofessional! The flowers were not as nice as the one featured in there pictures and not with some $750.
I’ll never use them again.

Aloha, Patrick! We appreciate your feedback and all feedback! I would love an opportunity to share with you. Yes, we try to be extra cautious with Sunday events. We normally try to make the contact on our own, but if we are unable to contact the mortuary, we ask for our guests assistance just to make sure. In your case, the service was at Keehi Lagoon, which is not a standard mortuary location, making it impossible for us to reach anyone there to confirm. That is the only reason we asked for your help in confirming. We typically like to confirm this a couple days out, which is why we contacted you at that time. Also, we ask about proceeding with the order because the day before is when we will construct and put together the piece, so we like to give our guests the option to pull out, if necessary because of the inability of the location to accept an early delivery.
We'd like to extend to you a 50% refund on your order. My team will take care of that for you on Monday when we reopen. Our hearts and prayers are with you and the Ohana for your loss!

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
