I placed a same day delivery online for a potted plant to be delivered to a new store opening. In the special instructions I requested to check prior to delivery to make sure someone was there to accept it. Well, they didn’t check and called to tell
me that they attempted delivery and was unsuccessful. And if I wanted to have them deliver again they would charge me another delivery fee. Fine. But if they read my special instructions they wouldn’t have to redeliver. The delivery today was successful and the recipient sent me a picture. Guess what? The added balloon was missing!! When I called Watanabe Florist to let them know, Jeremy did not seem to care that they forgot the balloon. He said they would go back to deliver the balloon. One single balloon. Really? That would look tacky! I asked for a refund for the balloon and he said they would refund me. But that’s really not the point. The six stem potted orchid plant was beautiful, by the way.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
