What started as a small flower shop in the Hamilton neighborhood has blossomed into a trusted local business with deep roots in the city. Our original shop opened at 5230 Harford Rd, and in 1987, we expanded to a second location inside Johns Hopkins Hospital. We specialize in fresh, handcrafted floral designs for all of life’s moments—from custom sympathy arrangements to bright, cheerful hand-tied bouquets. Our experienced floral designers take pride in creating thoughtful, artfully arranged flowers for birthdays, anniversaries, get well wishes, holidays, and more. Looking for flower delivery in Baltimore? We offer same-day flower delivery throughout Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County, and Howard County. Orders placed by 2 p.m. are eligible for same-day delivery to most neighborhoods in the area. As a proud supporter of local agriculture, we work closely with Maryland flower farms to source seasonal, locally grown blooms whenever possible. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
