I asked for a photo of the flowers at delivery to be sent to me and this florist didn’t do that so they’re not very good at listening to customer requests. I have no idea if the flowers were actually delivered so that is why they get one star! It was a simple request that was ignored.

I can't review yet as I never heard from from the Florist that the flowers had been delivered. I woke up this morning thinking I am going to have to track the delivery. I assume getting this request to review indicates that the flowers were delivered, but no confirmation of that so far.
The flowers look lovely in the picture... simple and elegant, perfect for this need for flowers, so hope the arrived looking the same as the advertised photo. Stars will be my hope!

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
