I asked for a photo of the flowers at delivery to be sent to me and this florist didn’t do that so they’re not very good at listening to customer requests. I have no idea if the flowers were actually delivered so that is why they get one star! It was a simple request that was ignored.

The flowers we ordered were delivered the next morning, and looked great! Very much as shown on the website. The selection of flowers and colors were perfect and a white vase was nice too. I always count on Studio C to do a great job when I want flowers delivered in the Newport, Costa Mesa area! I appreciate this florist to always quickly deliver flowers with style. First, I received a notification. These flowers were being delivered two days earlier than what I had booked. I was able to call, however, and this was corrected right away. Then the flowers were delivered on the specified date, but I believe that the picture of the flowers was definitely different from what was delivered. There seems to be a lot more flowers in the picture, and also the shape of the arrangement with the accompanying greenery seems to be different in the picture than what was delivered. For $140, I would’ve expected more than a few roses. I don’t feel This was a very good value compared to other flower shops in the area. I really wanted to love this, but just didn’t.

Five star experience!! I live out of town and I wanted to order something for my Grandmother's birthday who lives in Newport Beach. I found Studio C online and I reviewed the website which was easy to navigate. I called the shop and spoke with Crystal. She was willing to do a custom color palette with one of her concept designs featured on the website.
I then placed the order online which was really easy, I just made a note about the color. The text updates on delivery were really appreciated.
Arrangement was delivered on time and my Grandmother loved it!
I highly recommend and will absolutely call on them again!

Not half the flowers that are shown and I bought the deluxe. Also different flowers than shown. A couple were already wilting while others had bloomed yet. Person on the phone told me it was on the first truck going out and that it should be there before noon. Called them around 1:30 and they said they would call the driver and then call me back. They never called me back.. This was my girlfriend's birthday so we had put a lot of plans on hold. Called back around 2:30 and they had already closed. So we didn't know what to expect.. Finally they showed up around 4:30 in the afternoon and the driver ran off before we opened the door. Highly disappointed and going somewhere else for Valentine's Day.

My mom loved her Bundle of Bloom for Mother's Day, saying it was a great combo of colors and didn't feel too "frilly" or "girly." This shop has something for everyone. The recipients did not have any idea who the flowers were from since my card wasn’t delivered with the flowers. I had to finally ask the recipients to tell me if they were delivered. I was embarrassed to have to ask someone if they received their gift.

The flowers were beautiful but I’m very disappointed with the delivery service. I chose for the flowers to be delivered on on on a friends birthday and they were actually delivered a week before hand. I checked my receipt and I had the correct date selected. Luckily the recipient was at home but very frustrated this simple task was done incorrectly.

Underwhelmed by the arrangement they sent. I'm a florist, so I can actually say it was sloppy. There was a decent amount of flowers in there but I'm assuming it was because they ended up not using the sweet peas and spirea greenery as pictured, so they subbed with less expensive flowers but still made it to the amount.

Very nice and very fast! I submitted the order the night before and they were delivered the next afternoon like they promised! The only thing I didn’t like is the arrangement delivered had more dark and purple flowers and on the picture online it has light color roses and other pink blooms. But it was still beautiful and the birthday girl loved them. Thank you!

I don’t usually write reviews but, I was pleasantly impressed with this arrangement from Studio C Florals. I find that it is rare for the recipient to receive an arrangement that looks like the photo you see online. I often find that I spend a lot of time picking out an arrangement based on color, flowers, and vase... only to see the arrangement once delivered and it looks only similar. Something is always off due to what is available.
For this reason, I was skeptical when I ordered this for same day delivery as there was no time for the florist to ‘plan’ to have the correct flowers available. When the arrangement arrived it looked as good, if not better than the photo they provide online! I will definitely order from them again when I need to order flower!

Delivery was great, especially since it was last minute. The flowers were pretty nice, however they misspelled two names on the card, including the recipient (who had just gotten engaged). Just shows it was a bit careless.
