Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Nick’s Flowers & Gifts – Delivery Policy
At Nick’s Flowers & Gifts, we take great care to ensure every floral arrangement is delivered fresh, beautiful, and as promptly as possible.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for qualifying local orders placed before 2:00 PM, subject to product availability, delivery capacity, and the recipient’s location.
Orders received after the same-day cutoff will be scheduled for the next available business day, unless another delivery date is selected.
Same-day delivery is not guaranteed during major floral holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.
Delivery Times
We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time unless arrangements have been made with our shop in advance.
Residential and business deliveries are completed throughout our normal delivery day. Requests such as “before noon,” “after 3 PM,” or similar instructions will be considered, but are requests only and are not guaranteed.
For funerals, memorial services, weddings, and other time-sensitive events, we make every reasonable effort to deliver before the scheduled service or event time. Customers must provide the correct service time and location when placing the order.
Delivery Fees
Delivery charges are based on the delivery location and distance from our flower shop. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout.
Additional charges may apply for extended delivery areas, special delivery requirements, or re-delivery.
Recipient Not Home
If no one is available to accept a residential delivery, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe and appropriate location when weather and circumstances permit.
The driver may also attempt to contact the recipient or purchaser for further instructions.
If the arrangement cannot safely be left, it may be returned to the flower shop and a re-delivery may need to be scheduled. An additional delivery fee may apply.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, apartment/unit number, telephone number, and any necessary gate or access information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in an unsuccessful delivery attempt, an additional delivery charge may be required to attempt delivery again.
Gated Communities & Restricted Access
Please provide all gate codes, building numbers, apartment numbers, security instructions, and other access information when placing your order.
Nick’s Flowers & Gifts is not responsible for delivery delays caused by gated access, security restrictions, inability to reach the recipient, or missing access information.
Hospitals & Medical Facilities
Hospital deliveries are subject to the policies of the individual facility. Some hospitals or hospital units may restrict or prohibit flowers, plants, balloons, or other gifts.
If the hospital refuses delivery, we will contact the purchaser whenever possible to discuss available options.
Please provide the recipient’s full legal name, hospital name, and room number when available.
Funeral Home & Memorial Deliveries
Please provide the deceased’s full name, funeral home or service location, date of service, and service/viewing time.
We will make every reasonable effort to coordinate funeral deliveries so arrangements arrive before the scheduled service.
If an arrangement is delivered and accepted by the funeral home, church, cemetery, or other facility, responsibility for moving or transferring the arrangement between locations belongs to the receiving facility unless Nick’s Flowers & Gifts has specifically agreed to provide that transportation.
Businesses, Schools & Other Facilities
Deliveries to businesses, schools, government buildings, hotels, nursing facilities, assisted-living facilities, and similar locations may be left with reception, security, a front desk, concierge, nursing station, or another authorized representative.
Once accepted by an authorized representative of the facility, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Delivery may be delayed or rescheduled because of severe weather, flooding, road closures, accidents, emergencies, government restrictions, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The safety of our drivers and the protection of your floral arrangement will always be considered when determining whether a delivery can safely be completed.
Holiday Deliveries
During Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other high-volume periods, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
We strongly recommend ordering in advance. Same-day delivery availability and cutoff times may be modified during major holidays based on order volume.
Delivery Confirmation
An order marked or communicated as delivered means the arrangement was delivered to the recipient, left in an appropriate location, or accepted by an authorized person at the delivery address.

Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (239) 235-4148, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (239) 235-4148 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

|I would like to say, the flowers were left sitting on the sidewalk at the front door. To my knowledge, my mom did not receive a call or even a knock on the door. Although, my parents are hard of hearing so a soft knock would have gone unnoticed. The flowers could have been easily knocked over, by my parents or their dog.

|I have to say I found my go to Florist moving forward, the price is reasonable priced, the arrangement was better then the online photo, who ever made the arrangement took pride in there work(thanks for that), the flowers are great quality too and the delivery was very professional and followed the online instructions. The website is very easy for sign up as well.

|I submitted my order online. I needed flowers for a family member’s wake and funeral that we could not attend, as we were both ill and live 6 hours away. I requested a phone call so I could confirm the specifics and how the card would come out. Nick called me shortly after they opened. He was so kind and calm and assured me the arrangement would be very nice. He thanked me for buying local. This is what I do. I always look for florist local to my recipient and never regretted it.
Nick’s has great Google reviews and I can see why. He sent me a pic of the arrangement (which included above) just before they sent it for delivery and it was STUNNING!! Much better than other places we have spent the same amount on. I was glad for the picture as I did notice a discrepancy from the photo a family member in attendance sent.
I won’t go into details but it was after delivery and when I reached out to Nick, he said that he would make calls and if the issue was not made right he would personally compensate me. I would not dream of accepting compensation from him and in the end it all worked out, because he cared and stood behind good work and most importantly, his customer.
INTEGRITY goes a long way! We need more of it and Nick’s certainty has demonstrated it.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
