Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (239) 235-4148, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (239) 235-4148 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

|I would like to say, the flowers were left sitting on the sidewalk at the front door. To my knowledge, my mom did not receive a call or even a knock on the door. Although, my parents are hard of hearing so a soft knock would have gone unnoticed. The flowers could have been easily knocked over, by my parents or their dog.

|I have to say I found my go to Florist moving forward, the price is reasonable priced, the arrangement was better then the online photo, who ever made the arrangement took pride in there work(thanks for that), the flowers are great quality too and the delivery was very professional and followed the online instructions. The website is very easy for sign up as well.

|I submitted my order online. I needed flowers for a family member’s wake and funeral that we could not attend, as we were both ill and live 6 hours away. I requested a phone call so I could confirm the specifics and how the card would come out. Nick called me shortly after they opened. He was so kind and calm and assured me the arrangement would be very nice. He thanked me for buying local. This is what I do. I always look for florist local to my recipient and never regretted it.
Nick’s has great Google reviews and I can see why. He sent me a pic of the arrangement (which included above) just before they sent it for delivery and it was STUNNING!! Much better than other places we have spent the same amount on. I was glad for the picture as I did notice a discrepancy from the photo a family member in attendance sent.
I won’t go into details but it was after delivery and when I reached out to Nick, he said that he would make calls and if the issue was not made right he would personally compensate me. I would not dream of accepting compensation from him and in the end it all worked out, because he cared and stood behind good work and most importantly, his customer.
INTEGRITY goes a long way! We need more of it and Nick’s certainty has demonstrated it.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
