Flowers are magic! Lizette’s Floral Studio Your Chattanooga Florist takes a lot of pride in offering phenomenal customer service, quality ingredients and expertly crafted designs. We're on a mission to share our love of flowers with as many humans as possible. Every one of our designs features the best of the season and focus on sourcing locally-grown flowers, foliages and textures. We want to celebrate the season and often source our flowers from local farmers and growers. This ensures the longest shelf life for your flowers. We also know ordering flowers can feel totally overwhelming. Lizette’s Floral Studio is here to help. We are your Chattanooga Florist. Our delivery area includes all the greater Chattanooga area.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (423) 541-2922, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (423) 541-2922 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely regret that the floral tribute for your brother’s funeral did not meet your expectations.
As per your request, I created a large 44”x 22” rendition of an antique car. At no point in our conversation did we discuss using styrofoam, as I only use high-quality materials. I chose sturdy materials to ensure longevity, especially given the funeral was the next day and out of state.
When I sent you photos and videos of the arrangement, your response was not negative. Had you expressed any concerns at that time, we could have worked together to find a solution.
While I understand this may not have aligned with your vision, I aimed to reflect my artistic garden style using beautiful flowers. I appreciate the opportunity to create something special and am truly sorry for any disappointment this has caused. I will issue a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
